We’re on! Don beat my record for the largest smallmouth of the year!

Don went fishing on Monday (Memorial Day) to Quabbin Gate 31, great area for smallmouth bass. Don told me that he missed a few smallies but accomplished to beat my smallmouth record so far this year: a 2.8lbs Smallmouth! And he was not lying, we’ve got the picture!!

Ok, that’s only 0.1lb better than the one i caught 2 weeks ago on the other side of Quabbin, but hey, that’s larger than what i caught. All I have to say is “Congratulations Don!” and I will try to get the Champion Belt back really soon!!
